GHG Inventory Automation
A real estate developer relied on a complex, spreadsheet based GHG inventory system that had become difficult to maintain, error prone, and highly dependent on internal knowledge. We redesigned the inventory into an automated Excel based tool with standardized inputs, transparent calculation logic, and built in validation checks, creating a system that could be confidently managed in-house. We also expanded the tool to support broader ESG reporting metrics, strengthening and accelerating the company’s ESG reporting.

SBTi Target Validation
An investment firm with a real estate focused portfolio had committed to setting science based targets but needed help understanding the SBTi requirements, given its dual role as a financial institution and property investor. We strengthened the firm’s GHG inventory to align with SBTi requirements and developed multiple SBTi aligned target scenarios to support leadership decision making. We then prepared and managed the full SBTi submission and validation process, successfully securing third party approved targets.

Transition Plan Development
A global chemicals manufacturer needed a credible, 1.5°C aligned transition plan to meet emerging EU regulations. We built a comprehensive and robust transition plan. The work included developing an emissions forecast through 2050, identifying science aligned targets, and creating a roadmap to meet them, prioritizing decarbonization initiatives based on feasibility, emissions impact, and cost. The result was a clear plan, supported by an integrated carbon and financial model that quantified the impacts of implementing the transition plan.
