Who We Are
Wild Grove Advisors is a specialized climate consultancy supporting organizations with emissions reduction and climate transition planning. We help sustainability teams quantify emissions, set credible targets, and build practical decarbonization strategies that can be implemented in the real world. Our work is grounded in technical rigor, but designed to support business decision making, governance, and execution.
Our Approach
Technically Robust
Strong sustainability programs are founded on robust and accurate data and strategies. We bring deep technical expertise in GHG accounting, target setting, and transition planning, grounded in engineering principles. We deliver work that is aligned with leading standards and designed to hold up to external scrutiny.
Business Focused
Sustainability is one of many aspects organizations need to consider when running a business. Our work considers cost implications, feasibility, governance needs, and implementation capacity to help ensure recommendations are realistic and actionable, not just technically correct.
Flexible and Customized
Integrating sustainability into an organization often requires working across teams, timelines, and shifting priorities. As a specialized consultancy, we provide senior level support with an agile delivery model. Clients get the responsiveness of a small firm without sacrificing technical rigor or quality.

About Our Founder
Wild Grove Advisors was founded by Laura Bowler, a senior decarbonization specialist with 15 years experience in energy efficiency and sustainability, including expertise in GHG accounting, science-based target setting, climate transition planning, energy optimization, and more. Her goal in founding Wild Grove Advisors was to provide a more flexible alternative to traditional consulting models so that companies of all sizes could have access to credible, practical tools and guidance to achieve meaningful real world emissions reductions.

Prior to founding Wild Grove Advisors, Laura worked at Ramboll, a global consulting and engineering firm, where she led complex corporate decarbonization engagements for multinational clients across sectors. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as an engineer focused on energy efficiency and optimization, giving her a strong foundation in the technical levers that drive real world emissions reductions.
She holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
